Digital Support Derbyshire Small Grants Scheme 2026-2028

A grant programme supporting digital inclusion services for Derbyshire residents.

The Fund Is Now Open

In April 2026, Derbyshire County Council confirmed further funding for Digital Support Derbyshire (DSD), enabling the continuation of the successful Digital Inclusion Small Grants Scheme. This programme supports voluntary and community organisations to tackle digital exclusion and help residents across Derbyshire become more connected, confident, and digitally included.

Grants of £5,000 to £10,000 are available for projects delivered over 12 or 18 months, all starting from 1 October 2026.

Key Dates

  • Applications open: 25 May 2026 (from 9:00am)
  • Application deadline: 30 June 2026 (closes at 1:00pm)
  • Project start date: 1 October 2026

Applications must be submitted online via the official application form.

Decision Process

Applications will be reviewed by the DSD Governance Panel, including representatives from:

  • Rural Action Derbyshire
  • Derbyshire County Council
  • The voluntary sector
  • Applicants will be notified within two weeks of the closing date
  • Successful organisations must complete a grant acceptance form
  • Funded projects must submit six-monthly monitoring reports and a final report

Unsuccessful applicants can request feedback and are welcome to reapply in future rounds.
