If you rely on heating oil and live off the gas grid, Rural Action Derbyshire’s (RAD) Oil Buying Scheme offers a simple, flexible way to access competitive and transparent heating oil prices from a trusted local supplier.

The free, no‑obligation scheme is designed to support households across Derbyshire who use kerosene for heating, hot water and cooking. Unlike traditional group‑buying schemes, you can order oil when you need it, without waiting for a set purchasing date.

Members receive weekly price updates in advance, so you always know the cost before placing an order. Orders are supplied by Peak Energy, an experienced local heating oil distributor, either by ordering directly yourself or with support from RAD if you prefer.
